How do youtuber like these not get banned?

Some youtubers that post sports montages are monetizing their videos and making a lot of money e.g HeilRJ03 and scoutnationhd

how do these guys not get banned or sued for using footage that is not their own? I mean that guy I listed has nearly a 700k subcribers! Can you get sued for making money from this or is the worst that could happen getting banned?
 
you have to have an affiliation with a company to do so, are you sure these youtubers aren't a part of the company?
 
Well same can be said for alot of things. Like lyric videos, people monetize those all the time, and I want to punch them.

I find this odd. It begs the question at what point stealing becomes a big deal to you. Like does it have to be physical for it to become true stealing in your mind or like, do you feel like intellectual property isn't actual property? Then again I could be accused of the same thing having downloaded tons of music off the internet like it wasn't a thing. Which begs the same question of me... I'm a really bad person. As long as people don't steal from me or people I know, I don't care.

Other than that, they are stealing from sport organizations. I would actually support them in that. It's just a big pile of bullcrap stealing money from everyone who's interrested in sports.
I used to pay 60 euros per month just to be able to watch football at home and 40 every time I decided to got at the stadium.

Yeah I feel ya. Sometimes it feels like large corporations do so much stealing of their own you're just like "who cares" at that point.

True. When it comes to music, I have a lot of friends in the music industry. Some of them underground, other mainstream and I'll tell you, they don't care if you download their music. Mainly because they get like nothing from records sold.
The real income for musicians are live concerts and stuff like that.
