How do you upload a video to wimp .com

I've Got It
I tried to paste my YT video in the select file ,then my YT url then click and it says incorrect file

help please as it is driving me crazy ,it dioes not seem too user freindly
 
I made rthe video and put it on youtube,and as I see other videos on this site with the youtube tag on them ,I assumed as youtube is the biggest file sharer that the file would be okay.I want to know how to do it ,I dont want a question answered with a question ,it reminds me of my wife
