How do you tell if you're managed or affiliate?

When they say randomly reviewed, I wonder if you could just cheat the system somehow. Like if one video was under review, delete it, edit it a little + render again, reupload and hope it goes through.

Why go through the trouble. How about just making a video that wouldn't get rejected from monetization?
