How do you save your video to get the best quality?

Depends on the program, each have their own settings. Best thing to do is search for example if youre using sony vegas 13, youtube ''Sony Vegas 13 Best Rendering Settings''. All of which you see will be on rendering for youtube.

I just click export > 1080p and just deal with whatever comes out. It's usually fine haha

As H24 .mov except for the videos that I make for my internship, those are rendered as H264 .mp4
