how do you reply to a comment using your tablet

Thanks for all your guys help I finally figured it out on my own like what astrobrook said it was on my chrome version of my YouTube at the very bottom of my screen. It sorta sucks how you can't reply on the YouTube app but oh well, again thanks for everyone's help.
 
Yeah this I meant with my postings: the mobile website, not the app ;) i posted in one of my posts that I use my phone browser or chrome :) but fine that it works at least ;)
