How do you react if you find a movie mistake in an already uploaded video?

for me it depends on how big the mistake is, though i have had some pretty major mistakes found in my videos from the wrong visuals to having missing/patchy audio (the latter being on of the worst things that happened to any of my youtube videos).

I have OCD when it comes to this. Even if it is hardly viable I always want to re-upload. Even if it has loads of views.

Some people can live off the biggest mistakes. I can hardly handle even a small one, I found one in my gameplay where I accidently made one of the cuts a fade when th rest arn't and for some reason that bugs me loads. < I probably have OCD

What do you do?
Sometimes when I miss something or there is something wrong with my video I am like : Meme-Fu.jpg
and then I re-upload it :D

lol basecly yeah but i keep all the editing softwear open untill its uploaded then when i`m sure its finished and ok then i pass to the other projects lol

When I've finished making a video i watch the entire thing through in Sony Vegas, if it needs to be edited then I will edit it there and then, if it doesn't need to be, then I'll render it out.

Watch it when it's rendered out and check if it needs editing. Most of my videos have been rendered three times out.

I wouldn't call a fade a mistake - Leave it up and learn from it. But if there was a mistake, I'd make sure I couldn't edit it on site before removing it and re-uploading. I wouldn't like to re-upload.
