They're added using annotations, go to edit a video, click the annotations tab at the top, then on the right click Add Annotation and choose Note for example, type in the box below that what you want to display like "Subscribe for more", once done go to the link checkbox at the bottom of the right side and check it then choose Subscribe from the dropdown that appears and enter your channel name in there. You will also be able to adjust how long it displays for by dragging the annotations length out on the left side below the video preview and adjust when it displays. When done hit save/publish

More specifically, for a normal subscribe button, use the note annotation links.
However, if you edited in the button into your video, try Spotlight Annotations, they're more professional.
