How do you outsource your content?

Hello guys,
Wanted to see if you outsource your videos out? I know there's plenty of people on Fiverr dot com and Upwork but prices are all over the place unless I am talking to the wrong people.

For those who outsource your videos
-Where are you getting your scriptwriter? voiceover? Editor? Thumbnail?
-Around how much are you paying for a 10+ minute video?

Can someone point me on the right direction please ?

I think all the non-business channels do everything themselves, especially when just starting a new channel. They pay for employees/contractors once they get enough income. Businesses can afford to pay for outsourced work right from the start, if they have the money and are so inclined.
