how do you motivate yourself to make a YouTube video?

this sounds a lot like me, i think "you know what im gonna film today" and then sites like tumblr suck me in and im on there for a few hours and i forget about filming and then i feel bad, I mean i like creating but i just lose the motivation
so you aren't alone, so i'll be taking some advice from this too :)
