how do you motivate yourself to make a YouTube video?

I create stick man animations!!!
Every morning I wake up saying "I'm going to make a YouTube video today!" 30 seconds later you find me mindlessly posting threads and replys on yttalk.com and no mater how hard I try I just can't get the job done. I don't know what causes it fear,lazyness,shyness or what. I just can't bring myself around to make a single YouTube video! Does anybody know how they get the guts and determination to create a video?
 
Well, I just picture myself 2 years from now, having around 200k subscribers. Then I think.

1. I love playing video games.
2. I love entertaining people.
3. If I didn't upload, then my "200k" fantasy would just be a fantasy and nothing more.
 
You dont have to feel pressure that u have to upload something on youtube. Just work with something that u think is fun and if u are happy about the result, then upload it.
 
I've just started making video's but I love to laugh and make my friends laugh...It's still new but I hope I'm still doing this for years to come!
 
It's eaier to create videos together with someone because you have more fun that way.
Its also easy as a gamer because they just capture random gameplay and upload the best.

as a content creator it takes time to make a video and ideas and if you have to do everything yourself it can be very annoying.

Its not that I don't enjoy making my animations its just that I can't bug myself enough to start!
 
If you're dedicated and enjoy making videos for people, there shouldn't really be a reason not to make videos.

Aha! Now I know my problem I'm not dedicated enough! (I know what my next thread is going to be about)
