How do you monetize off stole content reposted on YT?

You'd have to be in an MCN to manually claim if content id didnt pick it up auto. Like when I find reuploads of my animations, i sent the links to my MCN and they manually claim the videos for me.
 
You could try a 3rd party Content ID manager. That will allow you have your content, assuming it's exclusive to you, on Content ID if you are not a member of the program or part if an MCN.

Checkout Adrev and ONErpm. Those are the only ones I know off the top of my head, but there are others.

I heard adrev does video & film as well, eventhough they focus on music. But now I'm wondering if it's only through their MCN when it comes to YouTube partners. Worth reaching out to them about.
I think I'm getting onerpm mixed up with someone else....
