How do you make Skype louder for the viewers?

Skype is very quiet in my videos due to my friends having bad mics. How do I increase their volume and not my game audio as well? Thanks
 
If you go into your volume mixer you can boost your skype volume above everything else. Make sure to do a few different tests and make sure it sounds good before recording.

Also you can have them record audio separately and send their audio to you.

Ultimately in the end you are limited by your friends audio. If they have sub par audio, you have sub par video. For less than 50 bucks you can buy a legit mic. If you feel you are wanting to record with them on a regular basis it may be worth investing in them and increase your overall audio.

Another option is to use TeamSpeak. Skype as a whole sucks some taco sauce. You can boost audio individually in TS which makes things much easier when you have multiple guests.
