as someone above mentioned...music really helps
Holy comprehensive, thanks so muchGet your 8 hours of sleep the night before, drink a lot of healthy fluids, and do some light exercises right before filming. While filming, say everything in a classic "YouTuber" kind of way; going a bit higher in pitch and as if your talking to your best friend that you haven't seen in ages. Add a little smile in there once in awhile and don't forget to drink fluids. If you need to do a line 15 times, do it. You'll be able to choose from a variety in editing and pick the one that conveyed the message in the most engaging way. Be positive. Good luck.

I agree, it really does work. (well it has done in the gym anyway. As we're discussing camera energy, it's still somewhat relevant)One of the most underrated ways to get a HUGE boost in energy/motivation/focus is to take a cold shower. It sucks for a few minutes but when it's over you'll feel like you can do anything! It literally gets your blood flowing. Plus it's way healthier than caffeine or adderall or meth...
This might sound crazy (because I'm crazy) but it really works!
