¯\_(ツ)_/¯
I have a "video template directory" that I duplicate for each new video. It contains template files and sub-directories for everything I'll need for a new video. I can then go in and edit each of those files. Everytime I find I am making the same edit to something over and over, I'll go back and edit it in the template.
Also, small things like grouping together all the shortcuts to software I use for making a vid in a folder on the desktop. This saves me maybe 30 seconds per piece of software (lol not much) but it adds up when you're using 5-6 of them several times over.
I also have a sort of set routine of tasks. Example, when my video is rendering in WMM, I know that that is when I'm going to do my custom thumbnail and when my vid is uploading to YT, that is when I'll be writing the title, description etc.
For those of you using Google drive and Google documents, I'd be interested in hearing about that - I have no knowledge at all about how they work, the benefits over just working on local files etc? Could you expand a bit?

Guess I gotta work harder at it.
