Make sure you post content that people want to see, maybe try something unique that people havent seen before. Also promote your videos in any way you can, this site is great for it but you also want to use social networking to your advantage also, the more people that share your videos the more views your going to get.

Go ahead and apply to become partnered. (You have to be 18+) Your channel will be upgraded (custom thumbnails, ability to upload longer than 15 minutes, custom banner on top of your page, special advertising, channel/video promoting, external annotations). The pay is a bit different with different groups to partner with. Fullscreen gives you 70% of the cut, which is pretty good considering I've seen most thats 60% or less. You get adds on your videos, and you make money from those adds. Fullscreen links up with Paypall so you get payed through paypall.

To get partnered you're going to need to achieve a certain amount of views per month, this varies from network to network so you might want to do a bit of research and shop around to find out where you're at. The changes you will have is the ability to add a banner to your background, a customized subscribe button and payments. Payments are given out on a monthly basis, most networks do this via paypal.
