How do you get your music heard?

So I started to create music more frequently recently, with creating a new track every 1-3 days and uploading a new track every 2-4 days. I currently have a website, Youtube, soundcloud, twitter, facebook and youlisten. I aim to focus my growth on soundcloud as it is a still a large community, yet not as big as youtube so that I am completely drowned out. Ive gained about 50 followers in about 3 weeks which I am happy about, but I also want to get heard more and expand my growths on the other platflorms. Any advice?
