Yeah night is very difficult to film in. You need A LOT of light to pull out a good looking shot. I would stick to day until you get some lightsi got adobe after effects now and premiere pro so by by windows movie maker
should be better if i record in the day no problem its just at night i think the brown colour of my room doesnt help either

EDIT:
Also like 3 Schmoes said, color correction can help a lot. If your video has a bad yellow tint you can easily correct that out.
