How Do You Get More Feedback on Videos?

Hey if anyone knows how to gain a constant following we would like to know. We were wondering how people can get good feedback on their videos and continue to do so? We share our videos a bunch and don't seem to get our viewers to come by constantly or even check it out. Thanks for anyone who helps out! We would really appreciate it!
 
Be very interactive within your videos. Make annotations, and ask questions at the end and tell people to leave their answers in the comments or as a video response and reply to all of them. That's what I do. It really helps!
 
Well one option is right under your nose :) Simply post your videos on here in the review section and myself and many others im sure will be more than happ to give you feedback :D
