How do you get ideas for videos?

I feel the same way when food shopping; still take handwritten lists with me! Tried a phone one time and felt it slowed me down - checking phone - deleting items (some I'd not even picked up yet) as I went! Pure techno-hell!

aha I don't use anything for shopping, it all stays in my head! for the most part anyway, unless there may be a odd day; I get home and there's one item I have forgotten....
