How do you gain subs?

I recently made a video teaching people how to gain subscribers through hypnotism. By the end of it everyone subscribes.

Interesting topic, I poked my head in because I was interested in the responses.

So far I've just been playing games I like and have fun with. One game I chose to play had an increase of 4 subscribers.
I did a happy dance.

Seems the more fun I have doing what I'm doing, the more people seem to want to hang out and watch.

What exactly is it?

For every 1000 Subscribers, Youtube has partnered with Subway to give us a foot long Sub.... I just crossed my 1000 and waiting for my first foot long sub...
