I watch a lot of people play bo3 and theres a few ways you could fix your videos to gain more subscribers genuinely (and actually get views with time)
1. If you're going to do commentary like you did in the channel trailer, make it interesting. You need to cut bits that nobody wants to see or hear (comments that aren't funny or don't play much of a role in whats going on. Or even all those quiet moments where nothing is happening.)
2. If you decide to skip out on commentary you can always tell stories over your gameplays, as I've seen plenty of gaming channels do purely that.
3. Stand out. Your voice is mostly emotionless in the video I watched and I had to force myself to sit through one minute of it (out of eight)
4. Don't post videos that you don't spend a lot of time editing on. You have new videos every few hours and they're so long. People don't have the attention span to sit there and watch you play without making any comments at all. You have a lot of parts you should cut.
5. If all else fails, just TRY and put together a short montage of your best moments of gameplay that have good commentary or reactions.
Hopefully what I said can help you improve your videos! Because as soon as you improve your content you gain more subscribers that will want to watch what you're putting out there (Thus, bringing in more views per video.)
