how do you format a sponsorship email?

i asked a question earlier about how the processes of getting sponsored and i got a bit of information and suggestions that i should just contact the company i think might be interested but i have another question what is the best way to format that contact like what should i say and what words should i use i want to make sure it doesn't just get thrown out or they don't get the wrong idea here's what i have now

"Hello I like your product and I speak highly of your new one in this video it gaining traffic would be in your best interest and maybe even a sponsorship"

does anybody have some experience with this process to give me some feedback on my format?
 
I've never been declined, I email like this:

Hey I'll promote your stuff, give me money and free things.

not even joking, straight to the point works for me.
