How do you feel about people that reupload videos that isn't theirs to get YouTube views??

There's a certain amount of cannibalism that's accepted on YouTube, people that do clip shows and aggregate content. That's all good and acceptable with the proper linkage and attributions in place.

On the dark side of the practice, I know someone that actually had the gall to be p****d at YouTube when it finally came down on her for hosting clips of The Big Bang Theory on her channel. Some people are unbelievable.

I can't work with anyone that steals their content.

Im going to reply to your question with another question
How do you feel about people that reupload videos that isn't theirs to get YouTube views??
How does the media industry feel about people reuploading their videos that are still in theaters.
How does the gaming industry feel about people reuploading their games for free.

I remember someone had re-uploaded the kony2012 thing when it was big and even monetized it. They made $2000 before they took it down, and apparently nothing ever happened to them.

Sometimes they are famous *cough* rwj *cough*
Sometims they get like 10 views or something insignificant

In the 2nd case you could use those as a mirror if your video got removed
