how do you do the boxes highlighting your old vids etc etc. with links to sub and everything.

Once when your video(s) are uploaded, you can add annotations to them linking your previous videos. Add a clip of one of your previous videos to the end of your new video. Once uploaded, click "Annotations" under the drop down arrow by the "edit" feature in the video manager section. The rest is pretty much self-explanatory. I'm horrible at explaining stuff but I hope this helps.

You can use a regular editing program or Microsoft Expression Encoder to make your videos smaller in an outro. You can use annotations so that they are clickable.
