How do you deal with "Sub for Sub" comments?

Brush off, Ignore, mark as spam, delete, or block? How do you guys handle these comments?

In the last two weeks, I've noticed a steady increase in sub for sub comments. Sure, a lot of them end up in the spam section - neither seen nor heard. But there are those handful of commenters who slip through the cracks, and to be frank, they do irk me; I'm not sure what the common procedure of handling them are.

Would love to hear how you guys deal with these comments!

Yup. If they actually make a comment that acknowledges the content of the video, I might respond to that portion of the comment in hopes that they really did enjoy the video and are just not aware of what a bad idea sub4subs are.

But all the "cool video! I subscribed. You should check me out too!" ... delete and move on.

They get caught in my spam filter. If they don't, I delete them.

I normally delete comments, but there are a few rare cases in which I keep them. If a an honest person is seeking to build a bridge with me, then I'm cool with it. Last year a guy asked for a sub for sub and we've been cool with each other. This is very rare.

I usually delete those comments. Not the biggest fan of spammers myself. However, if their content is decent (or if they're a cute girl haha) I usually try to reach out to them on their channel, while hiding those Sub4Sub comments from my videos.

I put that phrase in my blacklist. It's never seen by anyone on my videos.

I've started to get those 'Hey I love your channel your perfect(Copy and pasted on 100 other videos no doubt) I also do beauty and make up videos (On a vide thats nothing to do with makeup) you should come have a look and subscribe!'

honestly, I just ignore them, I don't even delete them.. Although, I think I will start deleting them soon..
