How do you change your username?

I have used google to answer this...but not sure if its worked.

I dont want my channel to be called doyle369 anymore.
I want it to be my name, Will Doyle. But I think thats already been taken?

You can't change your URL name but you can change your Youtube name

Well you can have a vanity url once you have a certain amount of subscribers I believe.

I have a custom url and I don't have 500 subs or a verified web site. It seems those guidelines are fairly loose and you can get one sooner, somehow. I don't know when I was able too, I just noticed one day that I could, so I did!

However the others are right. If you do choose a custom URL, your stuck with it as it cannot be changed and there is a warning when you choose your URL stating this.
