I ask people to watch my videos via pinterest, twitter, real life and my blog I ask at the end of my videos to subscribe. That's all I got, but I'm getting new business cards made with my YouTube channel on the back and subscribe on the back. I plan to give them out everywhere I go.

Hey man, it doesn't matter if your stuff is as deep as the ocean, folks are on YouTube to watch videos, they don't mind you asking. It's part of the YouTube culture. You want subscribers, ask for them.
