How do you add a video to a playlist when already published?

Hey guy's it me syinicalgamer and I am jus wondering How do you add a video to a playlist when already published? becuase I put part one of my omerta let's play in the playlist but i forgot to do it to part two while it asks me when I am uploading. Any support would be great

below the like and dislike button it should say about/share/add too click on add too click on the play list and the video you are watching should go right in to the playlist

Go to the videos watch page and go to add to and add it to the playlist ,
