Ok so for this one, I am going to have to call you out on the fact its just random game renders. It really does lack creativity and is a bit tasteless imo. It is ok but certainly not the best a new designer has done (nor is it the worst). Font is fine. However the transparency on the font is not great as an effect. The render choices are fairly poor imo as they pixelated and have very rough edges. Try searching planetrender or equivalent for rendered stock images from vidya games.
This one, is a lot better. It is still sadly very generic in terms of branding. The font is fairly boring and does not really fit with the minecraft image.
All in all they lack a lot of personality, but with a little creativity, a few tutorials and criticism like this I'm sure you can come up with branding 200% better than this.

they are pretty awesome for your first banners, if these are your first then they will get alot better

They aren't terrible! I think you used just the right amount of simplicity for the second and the first could use a little more opacity. But overall they're pretty good

I like the first one! the only thing i have is, you could try and add more graphics on the blank areas of both. but all in all their better than i could do.So for fun, I made 2 banners for my 2nd channel. I know these are both horrible, because they are the first banners I have ever made.
