How do the translations and subtitles work?

I'm living in Sweden and I'm running a channel where I'm mixing content in swedish and english. Right now, some of my descriptions is written in english and some in swedish but all of the english content has a title and description in both swedish and english. Some of them is written in english and translated to swedish and some is written in swedish and translated to english. The swedish content has yet no translations at all but I'm going make them soon, both titles, descriptions and subtitles.

I'm posting this just to see if I'm right, before I'm working about an hour to change some of the titles and descriptions.

This is how I think: If a viewer with another language than swedish or english goes to my channel, he will see the original description. If a viewer with swedish or english as his language goes to my channel he will see the title and description in his right language. Am I right?

From all I know you are right. If you have language specific titles, description or subtitles these will be shown depending on the account settings. Everybody else will be presented the default texts.
