I know it’s fair use if they do small changes, my question is how to people upload a video and post it on their channel ? Ex. Joe Rogan podcast I see different channels posting 20 min clips of the podcast or they all share same 20 min video, is there a website or app to upload the video on then they can upload it to their channel? I’m trying to start a channel of highlights of bunch of different podcast and I can’t figure out how to save it my phone and re upload it, when I try it goes straight to my videos or photos , there has to be a way to do this…. Thank you
