How do I monetise videos without google adsense?

It is possible to monetize your channel without adsense. What you need to do is find out what your viewers are interested in...

if it is games you can sign up for a partner program with a company selling games
if it is gear you can join an affiliate programe for gear
if it is furniture you sign up for the corresponding affiliate program

generally you just need to take a look at what it is your viewers are looking for to see options for monetization, and you can also sell your channel brand once you have a loyal following.

A click on an ad is worth more.
just the average viewer only clicks 1% of the ads, so you clicking 5 times on the ads is like 500 people watching the video - 5 of them clicking the ad (link).

You personally doing it is still rather stupid.
But with a bot you could abuse the system and generate a fair amount of fake clicks aka money.
So google will outright ban you because you are basically stealing
