How do I make the multiscreen outro?

I guess you could use animated gifs if you wanted to make them for each video. I like the thumbnails because they don't take too long to make, I'm already making them for the video anyway, they still give an idea of what the video is about and they don't add to the render time too much.
 
Well ok I'll go with the regular thumbs :) how You do it?

Do yo have Skype? It's not somethign I cna really just say how to do it since you don't know much about Photoshop. If by chnace you do have some other software that you use for making thumbnails that should work also.
