How do I get this guy to leave me alone?

I would block him, flag all his posts, delete them.

If he continued to inbox your subs I would mention that its happening and ask subs to let you know about it with an inbox msg. I would collect their replies and do a scum and shame section in the next vid, without revealing his entire channel name - no free advertising.

... or you could just ignore him.
 
Ive got someone who looks like they might turn into someone like this, he has more subscribers then me but hes content quality is no where near the same standard as mine. I can see it ******* me off just due to the lack of time and effort he has put into his videos and how he obviously hasn't bothered to spend time raising funds to get decent equipment to capture decent footage with
