How do I get more views and subs?

I know how you feel. I'm in the same boat. It's been about a month, and I'm only at 14 subs, even after getting my gf to do dual commentaries with me. I think I'll take some of the advice that people have given you. Anyways, good luck with your channel!
 
Keywords, The best of three thumbnails, post regularly, a lot of enthusiasm when commenting, keep talking so people won't get bored, and encourage people to subscribe and WHY they should.

One thing that work with me is asking the people to share the video on facebook, twitter and google+.
Also, if I have them in my contact I can see when they share and I thank them all the time.
Let your audience know that they mean a lot to you!!!
