There's really no "fast" way. When you create content and its good and people enjoy it the crowd will build up.
Remember networking is the most important and probably one of the hardest to get started but once you get it on a roll its like pushing it down hill, it'll do it for you
i have no idea, subs are real people, you cant exactly force or find a way to force them to sub, so its all based on their personal preference, just do what you do and enjoy what you do, only advice i can give.
Make great videos. Promote your videos. You have a huge amount of subs for the number of views you have so I'm guessing you did sub4sub or something silly.
I'd also say you have to be patient. While this may seem to be a generic statement, it has worked well for me - it took me nearly a year to gain 1000 subscribers and here I am now 4 months later and I'm almost at 5000. So yeah, keep making videos you enjoy and give it time.
To gain "real" subs it seems to work for me to network (as suggested above). Leave comments on other videos and also show honest interest in what other people are doing. I still only sub channels which I think I would continue watching. Not just to boost the number. And a positive side effect is that it's actually fun to communicate with other YouTubers (just like here)
As stated above and as many people have said.. You got to make great content and interact and comment on other peoples videos
Build up a friendship like that too.
Treat YouTube as a social network. Comment on other people's videos ( nice comments) add contacts and just be patient because once you start to grow you won't be able to stop!
Post at least once every 2-3 days, the best is daily. Play games that people care about & have interest in. I don't know what Miami Traffic is, but I don't think its too popular. Less people interested in a game = less people interested in the videos made for it.
