How do I do this on Photoshop?

Hi guys,

I am trying to make my thumbnail like the ones below.

How do they get that white edge around them?

Do you know what I could type into youtube to get a tutorial on how to do this?

Hey you wanna make a thumbnail like that in photoshop all you need to do is make a new file and mask your picture off a screen shot of your video. Place on top of the layer of the picture you would use and place your title

If your in a rush on the thumbnail your best paying an artist to do the work for you if you don't know how yourself. Your method of choice for this effect will be to photograph yourself, layer mask it (I recommend refine edge for the cleanest cut), and then add a stroke depending on the size of your image.
