How do I add commentary to gaming videos?

take you video, render bad quality but fast thru let's say Vegas, run it. as you're watching it, talk into your mic, recording using FRAPS (with monitor aero desktop enabled). then overlay that in your Vegas file, and delete the desktop video. press U to unlink audio with video and DEL to delete the video only. render in 1080p and go get a donut for all your hard work
 
Use Good Microphone,record while playing and if you want to change the voice a little you can use audacity or other program :)
 
There are no other ways to record your voice without a microphone it really can't be done, you have to buy a better microphone.
