How do annotations help?

I don't have annotations now. I have to figure it out. I ask people to subscribe at the end of my videos but maybe annotations would make a difference?

Annotations help. Use them wisely though, having to click out of a ton of annotations to view the video properly is a huge turn off for most viewers. I mainly use them in the outro for subscribe buttons or other videos, or when I mention on of my other videos I will link it. As with most things spamming doesn't help. Good luck!
