How did you guys get more viewers?

For me, it’s all about riding the search engine. Posting videos with a title and tags that are being searched currently. For me, that was doing remakes of popular songs. This brought in views and potential subscribers.
After that, I began uploading my completely originally content (which is what I want to do on my channel) and I see growth regularly. Nothing crazy.

As long as your videos are popping up when people search, it’s likely you’ll see growth if your content is of some quality.

Do you do this all by yourself?, or are you with an MCN ?

According to how YouTube's algorithms work, you should promote your content heavy the first 24 hours your video goes up. The more views, in the beginning, the more YouTube will promote and suggest your video. All other ones get pushed to the side.
For the first 24 hours I let Youtube do the work for my videos, later I can promote with Adwords .

I usually post on Twitter, reddit and trinding and try to promote as much as I can the first 24h. So far my views haven't been that crazy but I'm gaining at least 20+ for every video and that makes me happy :3

great ways to get viewers is live streaming i gained over 70 subs in a month doing it but it does take a lot of time. another way is sharing content in places where people would be interested e.g. if an update for a game came out, there will most likely be articles on it, usually those articles have a comment section, you can post in there aslong as it is relevant.

Reddit helps a lots if you find the right subreddit for your content. Check the number of subscribers to that subreddit, then post videos and see their reaction. If its not good, delete the video on reddit. Viewers on reddit sometimes might have backfire on you...

It's just luck in my case if a video gets the regular average of around 15 views, or I strike it rich with something that got 30 views in one day. I just experiment. For example, I made a Pokemon TCG opening video that got those 30 views in one day. That's why I'll be making another one because the first one did so well.
