How did you discover your brand/niche?

I have no idea what my direction is or what my brand/niche is. How did you discover yours?

It came naturally.
Have kids. They watch youtube. They wanted to try to make videos. I researched for a while. Thought a kids channel might be a viable pursuit. That's it.

One day I noticed that certain videos had much higher views than others, continued making those videos, which is nice because it's already what I like to do.

I really liked playing sports games. Throughout my life I have always gotten compliments on my voice. Which is kind of weird. But I can't sit in my living room and pretend to be a sports commentator. So this was the next logical leap.
