Mine was originally an homage to the character Powered Toast Man from the old cartoon series Ren & Stimpy. For the sake of simplicity (and to avoid any copyright issues) I shortened it from PowdrdToastMan to just Toast Gaming when I decided to move forward with the channel.

I have used the username 'Beckyboo000' for like...everything since I first found the internet when I was a kid. I thought I would stick to my roots and shorten it down to 'BeckyBoo'. Even though its kind of a common username on youtube, I know that its special to me

originally we wanted to be called Dark Humor but there's so many people with that name it isn't even funny. So we picked Typical Hooligans because it sounds good, it fits what we do, and its original.

I was going to use my name in some way as my channel name (I wish I had now!), but at the time I didn't want any of my students finding my channel (dumb mistake!!!). When I was trying to decide on a channel name, my brother suggested I use a name that would describe my channel and my videos. It worked out pretty well, I think.

When I was in like elementary or middle school one of my friends had a gmail account that was his initials and then 'lovesfood.' Being the child that I was, and still am on the inside, I was like omg that is so cool I want one. The next day my friend had setup and email account with the name jdlikefood. The name just kind of stuck. I use the name for like everything on the internet. I recently changed my YouTube channel name to Jake Daniel however, which is just my first and middle name.

The way I came with my channel name (Blockylive) is a bit of a story. So my original channel i used to post on was named BlockyProdutions. I got "blocky" because i did Minecraft and the name fit. I dont need to talk about productions because its self explanatory. Anyways I got blockylive because youtube gaming came out and I wanted a primarily a streaming channel. So i tryed out the idea but it failed. So I quit for a few months and I came back to youtube for a second try. I did not want to change the name because its a professional. So that's how I came up with my name.
