How could I make my channel bigger?

If you do not work on audio and video quality, you won't go far.

Learn how to use Audacity and do not make videos with static images - that;'s not for youtube.

Quality videos is the main key. Also promote yourself lots and lots. It takes time and a lot longer than some people think too. You just have to always be willing to improve your channel and also have some patience

As fatymid mentioned, production quality is very important. Make great content, & people will find you. Good lighting + good editing will go a long way.

If you're getting started, I'd suggest having a social media presence & really nurturing that relationship, interacting with your friends & fans, and asking for feedback on how you can improve your content to be the best creator you can be.

It won't happen overnight, but stick with it, and it will.

Use everything at your disposal. You don't have a lot of basic stuff like:
channel banner
avatar that isn't a stock image
tags for your videos to be searched
custom thumbnails
titles that are searchable
channel description to help SEO
