How Could I Improve My Channel?

So I've been doing youtube for a few months now, all for fun obviously, I usually got maybe about 5 subs a month sometimes a bit less, but lately my subs have been simple stuck for almost 2 months, and only gained 1 sub very recently, am I doing something wrong? what can I do to improve? Any advice?

Make yourself more poppable. Maybe its time to rethink your channel art, make people want to see what you have to say

I would work on your channel art. Your banner and icon and spend more time on thumbnails
