Its always nice to receive views and likes but comments can be appreciated alot more
Reasons why:
1. Great comments
help the owner of the channel achieve a certain confidence.
More confidence = Better content / More views / More likes
2. Negative comments
help the owner to realize certain flaws or mistakes and can maybe help when correcting them in later video's.
3. Bad comments
A bad comment is a viewers point of view and depending on whether there are more than 1 following for that particular point of view u can maybe set a challenge in place to take advantage and turn that bad review into a good review in ur next video.
On the other hand it could also mean somebody's having a bad day Lol
(Always respond nicely, the fact that they have commented in the 1st place means they took the time to watch ur video regardless)

you cannot please everyone especially on the internet there are people who are just unhappy and always post bad comments
