How is it possible that Remi Gaillard is always released after being arrested? How does he do it?

From police point of view, he creates disturbance and basically plays with officers. There's no paragraph for such behaviour?

I think he said the worst that has happened is he spent a few nights in a police cell. He hasn't really done anything that bad, ... there is not exactly a law against driving a go-cart around a super-market!

I live in the same city as him and let's just say he's a local celebrity, in fact he's a national/international celebrity lol. I suppose the police are just using common sense. I'm not aware of him having committed any serious crimes.
