How come comments I PIN in my youtube comments section don't stay at the top?

On all my channels I commented on it and then pinned this comment... but even thought my comment is pinned is doesn't stay at the top... it gets lost down below. Is this normal and just the way it functions on youttube? As normally when you "pin" something it's pinned to stay at the top....
 
i think this is a glitch or something but for viewers your pinned comment IS actually at the top. I have this issue too and I think it shows you a recent comment above your pinned one if you're watching your own videos.

Interesting! You are right! Thanks so much for letting me know... I see that my pinned comment is indeed at the top when others view my channel but not when I'm viewing my own channel. Well that solves that mystery :) Thanks.
