How can i use Free sounds and music ?

Hi guys, I need your help again. So i have found some sites with free music and sounds.
Again sorry if my English is bad. Hope this post will help to many other new youtubers aswell.

Site names:
freesound
soundbible

Watched some videos on youtube but they were a bit old about how to use free sounds in my videos and not get striked and im not sure 100% if i understood correct.

So lets say i go to this site --- freesound , search for lets say a "horror sound" and i find this ---
Horror whisper voice: needy created by DigiZoo.
So basically what i need to do is write in my video description -- created by DigiZoo and give a link to his music ? Is that all or do i need to add some more information ? This question goes also about other free sound sites aswell.

Second question
Lets say i used a free music or sound and didn't give a credit to that person. Would i get an automatic Strike from youtube? Or only if the creator of the music will notice i didn't credit him and he will send a complaint on me and only then i get striked?
And another thing, Lets say i did credit but not correct somehow but still their is a name of the creator and a link would they strike me? Im Just afraid not typing something right in the credits. Their are so many not understandable rules Plus my English is crap :)

Question 3
If i understood correct, no matter in what site or app i find a music or sound file, if it has common creative written near it or attribution or public domain --- all i need to do in that case is only give a credit with name of the creator, link to his creation and a link to common creative site ?

Question 4

Royalty Free Sounds are sounds that are free from royalties. They can be used commercially in things like movies, games, and anything else you might need a cool sound for. You may not however redistribute them for a profit. While sending one to a friend is ok, selling one to a customer is not.

can someone please explain this to me --- "You may not however redistribute them for a profit"
Does it means I cannot monetize my videos with their sound and music?

Youtube has whole stockpile of sounds under the "create" option in video manager. If you sort by "attribution", there are plenty of sounds that you can freely use as no attribution is required to use them.

Some royalty free music, allow you to use their music in your videos and even monetise the videos. However, some of them clearly state that you must credit the site and the author by including all his social media pages.
