Why are you using clips of other people's content in the first place?

I have been able to keep compilation videos online due to "fair use". It's not always illegal to use other people's content. It depends.

You're right, it depends. However your use of it is not fair use in any way. Compilations are not educational nor critique nor anything of the matter. Its just other peoples content arranged in a way in which you think is most entertaining. I assume you didn't get permission from any of the original content creators either?
