How Can i Make my channel grow?

There have been numerous threads on here about this but il give you the basics!
1) Promote promote promote! --> use social media, tell your friends, and find relevant sites/pages/forums where you can post your videos!
2) Engage your viewers! --> ask them questions at the end of your videos, reply to comments, just acknowledge that they are people and interact with them!
3) Have GOOD QUALITY videos! --> HD, Good Audio, Overall enjoyable videos
4) Patience --> Fame doesn't come over night!

Just be active on loads on channels and people will notice you and if your content is good then they will sub 
I've had my channel for 2 weeks and almost have 50 subs because I get involved with our peoples channels etc 
Edit; also if your good at something such as intros/outros, graphics for channel art or logos etc. then offer your services! Its a great way to meet new people and new subs!
